Honestly, no matter how much planning and pre-purchasing you do, when you pull the motor / plenum, you'll always find something that needs replacing that you didn't buy. At least that's how my OCD self is =) As Guapo stated, and EFI harness would be a god thing. New stock motor mounts or BDE mounts would be good as well. While in there remove the rest of the AIV, PRVR, EGR solenoid stuff if you have not already. I'm sure there's a lot more, just can't think of it off the top of my head, but you'll see plenty of stuff to do once the motor is out . Have fun with the motor pull!
